Thermal Mass Flow Meter

The KOVT Series is a high-performance thermal mass flow meter designed for direct measurement of gas mass flow regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations. Operating based on the heat transfer principle, it provides accurate and stable flow measurement in various gas applications.

A heating element and temperature sensor built into the probe detect heat loss caused by the gas flow, enabling precise flow calculations. This series is ideal for real-time monitoring of compressed air, nitrogen (N₂), oxygen (O₂), hydrogen (H₂), natural gas (NG), and other industrial gases.
